It's slowly creeping back in, this is the 3rd day in a row I've succumbed to the cafetiere.  Mostly because it gets rid of my near constant hunger and I'm out of the yerba mate with ramon that, bizarrely, I was kind of getting to like the taste of - but at $11/250g I'm not likely to get overly hooked on that .

And the coffee is.... well so yummy
